1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Time

We offer standard shipping through DHL and USPS, and delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your shipping address and selected shipping method and will be displayed at checkout. We strive to provide affordable prices to all our customers. Due to recent US tariffs, if your address is within the United States, we will charge additional shipping fees for some products. Please understand.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the DHL or USPS website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated once your package is shipped.

5. Delivery Locations

We ship orders within and outside the United States. Please note that international shipments may take longer to ship and may be subject to additional duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. (This is mainly for areas within the United States due to changes in US tariffs)

6. Delays and Issues

While we strive to deliver your package within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays can occur. We will do our best to keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is unfortunately lost or damaged, please contact us at nellowesword@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or upon receiving the damaged package. We will work with DHL or USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
